An actor/coach/facilitator and NLP Practitioner, Stephan is bilingual in German and English. He trained as an actor at the Drama Centre in London and regularly keeps his training skills up to date by attending various coaching and facilitation trainings. Stephan recently qualified as an NLP Practitioner.
Career
As an actor, Stephan's most interesting projects have included the BBC's D-Day and the Oscar shortlisted film The Dance Of Shiva. In the past few years he has become one of the UK's foremost German voice overs, being the title voice of an animated children's series Corduroy and Radio 4's I didn't interview the dead. A published translator, his play Gesang Der Spinnen (Song of the Spin) is soon to be performed in Vienna this year.
As a role-player, facilitator and coach, Stephan has been working in the arena of interactive drama based training for the past ten years and is well versed on how to give and receive feedback in both German and English. He has worked in many parts of the world but mainly in the UK, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, France, Italy, UAE, Russia and Holland. He is highly skilled and confident using forum theatre techniques and corporate role play for the benefit of clients that have included most international investment banks: JP Morgan, MS, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse; Pharmaceuticals such as Pfizer; Financial Services such as KPMG and PWC and various Law firms. Stephan’s work has primarily focused on diversity awareness, cross cultural working, soft, management, feedback, influencing and interviewing skills.
