Diversity and Cultural Awareness
Course duration half-day or 1 day using one facilitator and actors
1 day course training up to 20 persons
Half day training using forum theatre training up to 40 persons

- How to understand the difference between equality and diversity
- How to appreciate the elements which comprise an inclusive environment and who can make this happen
- How to recognise how others may perceive you and how you can reinforce or change these perceptions
- How to respect how your own stereotype, biases and assumptions affect your behaviour and relationship with others
- How to embrace a diverse workplace and team
- How to understand the business case for diversity in your work place
- How to appreciate the importance of assertiveness
